Sue Gardner

Sue is an oil painter based in the National Forest, near Ashby de la Zouch. Being a lifelong animal lover, animals and birds are her natural subject matter. The empathy that she feels for the animals sets her work apart. Her dramatic and often surprising use of colour and light is another signature feature, bringing interest and uniqueness to each painting. Sue is a published artist, her original paintings are in collections worldwide. Her studio at Ferrers Centre, Staunton Harold is open to the public on the first weekend of each month.
