How to Buy

If you are interested in purchasing a piece of artwork from our online Summer Exhibition please complete the enquiry form on the website for each piece of art you are interested in with the artist’s name and the title and reference number for the piece you would like to buy.

All prices exclude postage unless otherwise stated and once we have received your enquiry we will discuss arrangements for delivery that best suit you and the artist. Options include

  • collection by you from our base in Ticknall, South Derbyshire
  • collection from the artist
  • delivery to your home by us or the artist
  • delivery by post/courier

We will discuss the options and the associated costs, or any other questions you have, with you over the phone or via email. We aim to complete your purchase as quickly as possible, but it might take a short time to complete negotiations depending on the availability of the artist to discuss your options. Please be patient while we process your order.

Once delivery method and any costs have been agreed you will receive an email confirmation advising you of the details and total amount of the sale. You must check this carefully for errors or omissions and tell us when we call to process your payment as this email is our agreement of sale.

There will be a link in the email to pay by credit card. Click this link and you’ll be taken to our payment screen where you can complete the payment. If you have a problem with this please contact us. We accept payment by most major bank cards but regret we are unable to process cash or cheque payments.

Once payment has been received, we aim to get the work out to you as quickly as possible and you should be sent within 5 working days but please bear with us if things take a little longer in these difficult times.
